Birkdale Ravine.

Here are some pics from my walk through the Birkdale Ravine with my friend the other night.

I did not know this till I took the walk the other night, but the Birkdale Ravine was an old native Canadian village. It is connected with the burial groungs at Tabor Hill a couple blocks east of Birkdale Ravine.

I realy like that last house. Scarb does have some nice old houses. Some of what I used to think was the Beeches may be Scarb.
 
Good pictures Mike; thank you. These pathways through the burbs connect us to nature. We need them.
 
The last house is William Thomson's 'Bonese' house -- of the Thomson settlement. It's on the corner of Brimley and St. Andrews Road.
