Berczy Condos, The (Concert Properties) - Real Estate -

I am wondering if the microwave is AEG. Looks like maybe they stuck the typical Panasonic unit in a trim kit above the AEG oven. Not sure, hard to tell from that one pic but doesn't look like an AEG unit.

*post-note: just looked at the schedules in our agreements, and yes it says a Panasonic microwave.

Thanks for the pics 400WellingtonGuy unit looks great, makes me very impatient and Oct 15th cannot get here fast enough!

Hey guys!

I'm on the third floor and had my PDI yesterday! Everything went great and I am very happy with the finishes! Only minor deficiencies.

I had my PDI this morning. I went great, very nice finishes...really impressed. I just had 2 or 3 minor deficiencies, very good work. The only thing I personally did not like was the painting colour, It is not white it is more like yellow cream. On the second picture from 3dmund you will notice the difference between the ceiling colour and the walls, but that is not a big deal, we can paint it ourselves if you don like the colour.

Question for the other people who did the PDI, did you notice that the pot lights did not have glass cover? I put it on my form but then someone said that they would need to confirm as those lights might be like that, I really do not know.

Thanks for the pics. Are the blinds installed and if so what colour are they? We're on the 10th so more than a month to go before our PDI. Hope everyone continues to send updates and more pictures. So exciting.

Yupp! We picked the Walnut colour scheme. I'm quite pleased with everything! The main entry door is kinda meh...it's nice that there is a light shining on the unit number but the painting on the door and the hallways in general could probably be nicer. Maybe I'm just being a little too picky though :p The interior courtyard is looking great! It's still a work in progress but I think it will be an amazing area to chill in and also very nice to see when you first walk into the lobby.

The blinds are installed as well and they are white. I haven't had a chance to see if you can see through them at night when the lights are on inside the unit and you are on the street but they're pretty nice! When they're down during the daytime, it doesn't blackout the unit which is nice and you can still see through the blinds out onto the street. It just softens the light...let me know if you have anymore questions!

Can't wait to see all of your pics! I'm excited to see pictures of the bigger units on the north side!
