The last few times I have been down there I have only really seen them working down on the north most section with nothing really going on on the other part

Roadwork and construction on the work/live town houses continues - see updates below. In the article they mention the second part of phase one (back to back town houses) is due to start soon.

Was down at the main beach recently. Work on Spruce Street and Beach Drive continues, with the new road surface narrower than what existed before (maybe one way traffic flow). Work continues on the supporting wall along the beach. There has been steady progress on the work/live condos, mainly on the roof and inside.

Taken yesterday before it got cold again. Progress on the first phase of the Stonebridge townhomes even in the colder weather.

This one is turning out really nicely can't wait to see the rest of the project begin I've been by a few times but haven't got out to walk around as it's been a little cold for me and the kiddo @Mike K thanks for all the updates

See pictures below - another suspicious fire at the beach front - one way to try and get $ for property and an old building well past it's prime. There are only a few old buildings left - almost a clean slate for potential future development.

When I first heard about this I thought it was the hotel across the street that kind of made more sense Still trying to figure out what they're going to do with the whole entire fact that the road is like 6 ft higher than the storefront now

looks like shoring material has shown up on site wondering if we'll see them get back at this in the next few weeks with the nicer weather

Yeah I don't see them having the road prep and foundation work complete for the next stages for at least another 2 years Wonder if we will see progress begin on the Marriott

I am kind of wondering seeing as this was One of the larger buildings along the riverfront if we could possibly see the site be naturalized and have a better river access area along Mosley
