Assuming this image from the Toronto Pearson thread is as accurate as described, it looks to be properly configured.There's new footage of the crash that appears to be clearer than what was initially posted online. I can't find a direct link since it was posted in a discord server I frequent.
It looked like the plane was coming in hot with no flaps. The landing was so fast and rough that the rear gears bounced and then one of them appear to have collapsed from the weight of the aircraft, which resulted in the wing making contact with the runway surface and flipping the aircraft.
