Some Ratscape broad was interviewed on Classical 96.3 this morning. She crammed more tired buzzwords, cliche'd phrases and self-congratulatory gibberish into a three minutes of airtime - without actually saying anything - than anyone I've ever heard.

I read the report last night, and it read more like an annual report, part commerative book celebrating 20 years of work and then how to become a member and contribute $.

I thought it would be more of blueprint and outline what needed to be done for Toronto's art community.

That being said, congratulations to Artscape.
