A group of us got a FabFind voucher for The Ballroom (the new downtown bowling alley). Nothing on the deal page or printed voucher noted any restriction other than it was only good for matinee bowling. We went on Sunday. They refused to honor the voucher claiming they didn't mean saturday/sunday matinee bowling. They mean, ha ha, monday to friday. Now, I wonder how many people would have bought a voucher for bowling during work hours. The manager was intractable, not even agreeing to meet us half way (say $35 vs $25).
FabFind responded to our complaint noting the deal was the deal and there was never any weekend black out. Supporting this is The Ballroom's own twitter page that fails to note the sat/sun restriction (tweeted the same day we were told a different story):

Needless to say, The Ballroom is taking in the balls on Yelp:

I'm not sure who the investors are in this messed up bar but they better take a second look at who is running the day to day.
