What a great find. I wonder why it was left and not changed to Elizabeth... unless somebody mistakingly viewed the ER as Elizabeth Regina as on the QEW light standards, and didn't notice the roman numerals?

City-owned food carts ---WHY?

That may be one of the reasons Rob Ford was elected.

Which leads me to ask: Why does the city own this building (attached photo)?
