Alternatives to the King Streetcar?

The big question is how easily can you access it? You live in Liberty Village, can you access Exhibition Loop, possibly by walking to Exhibition GO station and crossing beneath the tracks? The streetcar loop is right beside the station. If so, you may be in luck.

I'm about a 5 - 7 minute walk from the 509 at Strachan, so I'll be cathing it there From Union Station I'm another 5-7 mins to my office. It seems like the 509 is the much more pleasant, quick ride. I won't mind standing if it's quick, but a 40-minute ride (on the 504) will be too much like my current GO Train commute from the 905, and not nearly as comfortable.
