Anyone heard of this office project before.

It seems fairly substantial with the first phase including 240,000 square feet?

Very interesting, I rather like this proposal. It isn't like most other Business Parks, which are almost always far away from transit, and are always tower-in-a-park style buildings. The overall design of the building is nothing special. It's different, and it looks nice. They have a cool logo =P
