Walked by the development sign on my walk this afternoon and snapped a few quick shots of the posted render. Nothing special for this location unfortunately.

Sure, but it'll still be an excellent little background building. Mods can now add 9s to the title as well.

This building will be one of the tallest along Queen Street west of downtown. That's not the stuff of a "background building". Also, background buildings are unremarkable by nature, so it's no achievement to design something that is excellent at being unremarkable.
