So I got some confirmation that the building is still going ahead with construction with minor delay. The only units affected are the upper floor and some south-facing units (02-04?) on the lower floors.

Just got confirmation of the new occupancy date. Originally it was November 19, 2021… now it’s February 28, 2023….. 2023!!!

The fact that they were only pouring the second floor deck when LPAT decision came in, it's not that surprising.

Not sure, but I live in the neighborhood and very, very little seems to be going on at the site. If, as others have advised, occupancy was originally scheduled for late 2021, its clear that the delay would be substantial.
