As an assembly, it better be 85-93 Broadview. 91 is a semi-detached (1/2 of ) with 93. (though the thought of a developer demolishing 1/2 a semi strikes me as marginally amusing, at least if I didn't own/rent the other 1/2!

Haven't seen anything, but are there any rumblings about the SW corner where the convenience store currently is? Feels ripe for development.

Also all those derelict houses just south of these ones being assembled.

Wonder if it's also Streetcar assembling those houses to the south. Could potentially be multi phases of development on the horizon just like how they did on Gladstone.

Streetcar owns the Hyundai Dealership, The Townhouses and now the above - Going for the entire East side of Broadview as well as the South Side of Queen.
Townhouses and Dealership are projects to come, Queen St is to be Phase 3 of Riverside Square. Only one property shy of having the entire strip.

Good to see a lot more residential density in the area. This is soon going to be easily subway and GO train accessible, and is a pretty nice neighbourhood to boot.

A grocery store would serve the area well with how much additional density is on the way. Wonder if Streetcar will look to integrate one like how they had Metro as part of the Carnaby development.

There's a 20,000sf grocery store going in as part of the second phase of Riverside Square.
