Includes the Toronto Parking Authority lot to the immediate south. Another infill midrise replacing a mediocre restaurant? The location though is one of my favourite strips of Toronto--where College curves.

The developer makes me nervous though: please hire quality architects here.

Can anyone provide proof that a development is coming to this site ? .....if so please post further details.


(Toronto Parking Authority for that parking lot says it has no interest at all in selling & has no knowledge of development next to their parking site)

All 3 restaurants impacted by that fire have reopened, I believe at various points in 2019. Looks like Vivoli did some work on their second level:
