It is an 8-ACRE site, and it is split-up into different blocks...

BLOCK 1 & 2 are the southern-most BLOCKs -- where the first rental buildings are being developed now.

...there is no timeline on BLOCK 3 & 4, or if their tenure will flip from Condo to Rental on those blocks.
