Holy jumpin', Batman...those colours!

Not specified in the Design Brief...........but based on the colours, every suite may come with a complimentary Shag Rug.

DRP will make sure this color scheme gets wiped out and turn into something bland like blue glass and white balconies…unfortunate.

Ralph Giannone (whose firm is doing this job) is on the DRP, I suspect, if it came forward, they would be pretty nice to it.

Ralph is a very likeable guy.

It's not the DRP that goes after colour typically. It's developers and/or their sales agents telling the architect to tone it down to either make it cheaper or more universally appealing as many agents believe that with colour, buildings are less saleable.

...as it always seems the case of those believing nonsense are the ones calling the shots. /sigh

I was in Sheridan Nurseries this past summer and noticed a crew with a drilling machine in the parking lot (soil testing?). I checked UT for a thread, but nada.

Here we are January 17.

Off topic…only 2 SRT cars remain, with the one in the parking lot being the de-railed car. Would be cool to have one in the new STC station. Again, off topic, sorry.

There's a reason that every car on the road these days is either white, grey or black.
...that reads like a chicken or the egg thing though. That is, if the they're only selling cars with those colours to begin with, then that's why we're seeing them in white, grey or black.

To be clear though, like with cars..there are exceptions to this...

...hopefully these towers proposed will be the exception too.
