Added Gibson Towers, 16 York, 21 Avenue.
Edited entries for 50 St Joseph, Bay-Adelaide, Parkside Village.
Removed 1501 Yonge (shrunk below the 400 foot threshold).
What a busy few weeks we've had of proposals!
The list now has 51 towers (and one vision tower) that are at, or above, 500 feet.
In total there are 104 towers now listed as being at or above 400 feet.
Edited entries for 50 St Joseph, Bay-Adelaide, Parkside Village.

Moved Aura to Sales, 1 Bloor & Shangri-La to site preparation, and shrunk 300 Front West to 50 floors.
Updated almost all active projects with a new picture, and switched Bay-Adelaide II from Office/Residential to pure office.
There's a lot of ambiguity with some of the projects:
1 Bloor - Possible Height Increase
Aura - Possible Height Increase
21 Avenue Road - Application has been withdrawn, but it's likely we'll see another shortly. I've decided to leave it listed under proposed until we hear something new.

Offical height for Parkside's Village 45 floor tower is 478.39 ft (145.98m) via Public Hearing notice. No word on height of the 40 floor towers.

Thanks for your work on the list, by the way. It kicks ass. Reading through it really conveys the immensity of the building boom going on in Toronto right now.

Height for 568-580 Jarvis is 136.8m (130m to roof plus 6.8m mechanical), or 449 feet
