Oakville Yards, AKA "Oakvillage Block 14": a proposed 17, 15 & 15-storey condominium designed by Kirkor Architects for The Daniels Corporation and Emshih on the northwest corner of Dundas Street East and Postridge Drive in Uptown Oakville.

Well this one has lost a nice part of it with a site plan amendment application.... After the November 2023 submission (shown in the first post in this thread) got approved in March 2024, a site plan application has been submitted to the town to revise the site plan. 1 storey and 27 units have been added to the easternmost building, making the entire development 17, 15, and 16 storeys from west to east. However the private open space has been removed and replaced with surface parking, for a total of 63 surface parking spaces for visitor and non-residential uses. The parking garage entrance has also been moved. The application can be found here.
