The proposed development encompasses of 2 condominium apartment buildings of 29 and 25 storeys, respectively. A podium of 7 storeys in height, supporting approximately 40,347 m2 of a combined gross floor area. The Site is expected to support 669 residential units with Tower B featuring 357 units and Tower C with 312 units. Tower B will also incorporate 389 sq. m. of retail space at the ground level. The proposed underground parking structure will be directly connected to the Phase I parking structure and accessible primarily via Malta Avenue supplemented with a secondary access point from Bernard Avenue on the western limit of the Site.
