Carding House, AKA "North Preserve, Block 300": a proposed 5-storey mixed-use condo & commercial building and 3 & 3-storey townhouse blocks designed by Q4 Architects for Mattamy Homes on the northwest corner of Carding Mill Trail and North Park Boulevard, south of Ironside Drive in Oakville's Preserve neighbourhood.

Interesting neighbourhood. Instead of strip malls on Dundas they scattered small scale retail into the neighbourhood. Old school urbanism. I like.

Not part of this project but nearby.

This area will always be weird to me, a bunch of mixed use midrises and townhomes surrounded by (majority) single family home suburbia... If nearly all of those retail units weren't just barbers and medical related things, it would be much more pleasant 🤣🤣
