Recently approved by the Town of Oakville - 8 storey mixed-use building with 103 residential units and 222.5 square metres (2395 square feet) of ground floor retail. The building is one block of a larger subdivision of townhomes, single-family homes, and a stormwater management pond, which are all under the same application, which has been approved as a whole. The block with the 8 storey building is located in the northwest corner of the intersection of Sixth Line and Marvin Ave, between Dundas and Burnhamthorpe.
