Mon Sheong Court Markham Buttonville (Phase 1): a proposed 8-storey life lease seniors living development designed by Larkin Architect for Mon Sheong Foundation on the north side of Apple Creek Boulevard, east of Woodbine Avenue in Markham's Buttonville neighbourhood.

A bit hulking, and no at-grade retail, but basically, I like it.

However, I would prefer the building were set back less from the sidewalk and that a tree-lined boulevard buffered the sidewalk from the road instead.
