I'm sure we had a thread for this, but I can't find it.........so maybe it's my imagination! LOL
There is an existing apartment 10s building on-site; but there is obvious 'empty' land sitting over the parking garage which may suggest an infill proposal in the offing, to me.
I believe it can be done, IF the building is lowrise and therefore subject to much lower separation distance requirements; though this would presumably remove most on-site parking during any construction.
The site is quite large, and were the existing building removed, could easily handle a 2-tower footprint.
The adjacent development site leaves a height precedent that might make that worthwhile. (16s)
