Originally marketed as a condo - "Genesis on the Park" - but this will be a midrise rental development with 145 units (61 one bedroom, 42 one bedroom and den, 31 two bedroom, 11 two bedroom townhomes).

I did not realize that this was a residential development - the Region of Peel has been doing a lot of big water infrastructure projects, and this site is a bit out of the way, adjacent to Bovaird Drive, but not close to any other higher-density residential. I thought the crane was for one of those regional projects.

So another tower crane to add for Brampton. I'll try to find more info.

The cranes are gone and just the concrete elevator and stairway shafts are standing so far. I assume this will be a steel or mass timber superstructure, but there was little activity today.

Bit of an update. I'll go closer when I get a chance to and get a better photo, but it seems they're working on putting up the outer fascia
