Building is now under construction. Land was previously 215- 234 Perry Street, 205 John Street, and vacant land in Whitby. Proposal is to construct a six story rental apartment building containing 114 units and one level of underground parking. From what I can tell it is a 60+ building. I think this is classified as downtown Whitby.
