Imagine this 60-storey stainless-steel and glass office building being anchored by 1400 people from a Chicago law office. That in fact is the case, since the law firm of Kirkland & Ellis will initially be the largest tenant.

This firm also happens to be one of Chicago's oldest, and they specialise in practising various forms of corporate law. Aside from Chicago, they will also have offices in Europe (Munich, Germany and London) and in the US (NYC, DC, LA, and SF). Pickard Chilton is noted for corporate office buildings.

I am looking forward to this update on the Art Moderne look: with its setbacks, and streamlined channels (or "fins" as I believe they are called).
