Great location to add some density walking distance from the subway.

Great location to add some density walking distance from the subway.

Except most people around that area typically dont walk to and from the subway and they just take the bus instead. Generally people who live south of Bering Ave tend to just take the bus, while people north of that point are more willing and are more likely to walk to the subway.
