A building permit was filed in March:

There are architectural plans on the Dev App site, but the latest version only has the plans for the parking levels. Does anyone know where to find a render or elevation?

Looks like the site cold handle some more de-Tower-in-the-Park-ification.

The tower in the park beside this building had a proper dystopian vibe to it: creaking kids' swing, dudes drinking beer in the park, a small kid wandering in the road, worn out 60s building with peeling balcony guards...

Ah, now that's the view of what an Urban Planning disaster looks likes. Townhouses that try to be "urban" by facing Eglinton on the right hand side, followed by Towers in a Park backing away from Eglinton on the left.

Then just on the opposite side of Kipling you've got townhouses facing Eglinton which are set back miles away from the street, followed by townhouses that dont even face Eglinton.

All of which will be tied together by a grand underground LRT, which will complete the "urban planned" embarrassment which Eglinton West has become. Bravo to the City of Toronto in accomplishing such a feat.
