Surprised to see this is a TCHC project. Good location and should go through....zoning permits 20 storeys already.

All of the Allenbury Gardens buildings come from a agreement of TCHC and FRAM. 3 have been market condos so far, one building and the townhomes have been TCHC. It appears that this one will be rental apartments, possibly with a portion as affordable rentals. According to the Planning Rationale filed in November, the final makeup of that will be determined during the Site Plan Approval stage.

We just got a note from FRAM regarding this building: it's going to be a condominium. I've updated the Growth To Watch For story on the front page in that regard.

Kind of a sneaky area to bring some density to, tucked between the DVP and Fairview Mall.

So this is for the final phase Building E of the master plan, correct?

(taken from the now out-dated planning rationale, since the project is 23-storeys)

Yep, this is Building E, the final phase of the Allenbury project. Building E is a market condo building. Most of the TCHC replacement rental units are in Building C.
