Uptown Markham phase 4 is apparently going to launch soon. This is the render BuzzBuzz has for the project.. looks like a more modern architectural expression than previous phases.

The build quality of Uptown Markham pales in comparison to downtown Markham despite it having a more prominent location, at least for the time being, which is unfortunate...
