Forgot about the threads for individual stations, here's a look at the bus bays, and the fenced off area of Yonge and Eglinton for the excavation and removal of the TBM's.

There will be a development there, and those bus bays will go. There's just nothing very concrete for that yet.

Wasn't Matlow at one point trying to secure some green space on this location? Or was that another site up here?

There's a good chance that the Canada Square buildings will be partly or completely redeveloped along with the old bus terminal, and with much land potentially at play here, I would not be surprised if there were to be some green space in the mix. We're a ways from knowing what's coming here though.

You are correct. He wanted the entire old bus station.

I don't recall Matlow calling for more "green space" here,... it was more public realm "open-space" due to the public outcry over the lost of the "open space" square at across the street at YongeEglintonCentre.
