Funny thing though, their drawing set isn't stamped. I wonder what's going on there. Technically you don't need a stamp for rezoning but there's no real reason not to if you have one.
For the sake of walkability, I hope that's a grocery store in the base of the building! I think I can make out the word 'pharmacy' behind the escalator, but let's keep our fingers crossed.
This is stunning. Exactly the calibre I'd expect in a tower from gh3. Really glad to see them working with the themes they are here. It's very elegant and sensible.
