I still don't understand why the building was chopped from a decent 4-storey design to a awful 2-storey design.
Did the units not sell? Maybe in relation the the proximity to CAMH? Or did builders encounter a Harmon Tower-esque failure in construction?
This also begs the question of how far along the design of the building was before it was cut in half- hopefully, future demand might see the completion of the building the way it was originally intended.
