• Centro (1 Town Centre Court ?)
• EQ1 + EQ2 + Encore (50 + 60 + 70 Town Centre Court)
• 360 @ City Centre (83 Borough Drive)

WOW! Hope Tridel snaps up this space! One of the best locations within the Scarborough city centre. I`ll bet about 26 floors for that site.

I'd go for 40 floors, and get 35. All 1 bedroom's under 500SF, all priced at $109-$139k. Zero amenities. Buyers purchase own kitchen and laundry appliances. Buyers have 2 choices for interiors--basic white or basic beige. No hardwood flooring. No balconies. Low maintenance fees. I can imagine the Chinese would buy the building out in about 10 minutes.

(Only thing I wouldn't compromise on--architecture by aA.)

Then I'd knock the concept off--maybe 20 buildings all the same design.
