where did you get the heights for Northtown? As far as I can tell all 4 of those buildings are below 100m.
Remember that for years North York had a 100m height limit, most of the buildings are in the 90m height range. Grand Triumphe 2 is the tallest in the complex, and it is coming out at 98m according to Google earth, which is typically fairly accurate. (+/- only a metre or so)
Every single one of those on the list is coming out in the high 90m range according to Google Earth.
I don't see 481 University Avenue, 605ft on your list.
My pleasure. We list geeks gotta stay together!
would assume emporis
@DonValleyRainbow have you seen the plans for two groups of towers on Progress avenue in Scarborough? 675 Progress has 3 towers over 100m (120m, 132m, 165m), and 670 progress has 2 (114m and 153m).
No, thank you for bringing them to my attention. 675 doesn't have drawings yet, I'll wait for those, but 670 has been added.
I can't seem to find 10 St. Mary in the list, or on the map...
Got a height for me? That's why it's not there.
42 storeys tall (140.5m, 461.0ft)
The height was increased at the OMB in April/May 2017, it's now 51 floors, but no height was given...
I'm watching the thread, so I'll await a new height.
I've been combing through the list and updating, lots of buildings are now marked as completed.
More 100m+ buildings will be completed from 2015 to end of this year (not even including 2019!) vs 2010-2014.
We've built more buildings 140-179 m than in any 5 year period previous.
We'll likely build more buildings in this 5 year period than previously
We built 5 buildings 220-259 m when we only had 2 before from '69-'74.
No buildings 260 m+, probably will be a whack of them 2020-2024.
