Looks great. Also looks like the balconies on the other side are staggered in spots from even to odd floors which should give a nice effect.

This is, however, a Cresford condo, so in the spirit of Quad Lofts and BSN, I expect this to be completed sometime around 2024.

Thats being rather optomistic don't you think?
 
I'm shocked by this rendering and by the one from another angle in the Condo Guide. Very nice. Where are the historische encrustrations? The strong horizontal lines really emphasize its slabbiness, in an interesting way.
 
It looks like a residential version of the Telus Tower to me.

Not that its a bad thing, just remarking how the two look alike to me.
