What's up with that massive skyscraper directly behind it in the rendering? Perhaps this developer/architect knows something we don't.
 
Notice how the architecture is closely detailed in the rendering except for the mechanical box. It's a nice illustration of the typical treatment of the mechanical box as an afterthought just tacked onto the roof.
 
Looks like a taller, more busier version of their "Downtown Condos" on Wellington.
I like how the building cantilevers over the side laneway.

I hope they don't do the awkward sections of raised flooring in the suites to allow for future unit reconfiguration, like they did at Downtown Condos.
