honestly - its been way too long. Its a very nerve wracking experience and to not be updated until now gives me anxiety (especially with DXE because im not sure whats happening with that one at all). ive been keeping up with the updates for all the other properties but they havent released...

yup they told me 4 weeks ago that they will provide an update in the short term.... don't even know what that means now its been a whole month

do they have to issue new contracts to everyone regardless of if they increase the price or not? if they do issue new contracts with no price increase are we able to back out?

Well not really expected especially for lakeview since construction has not started at all. If they request more money and you refuse, they have to give you the option to get your deposit back.

Ah okay. perhaps i read that deposits were untouched in an article somewhere because i do remember it being somewhere! but in any case, at least its insured?

yeah they did in one of the notices! but thats crazy i thought lakeview deposits were intact. i made my final deposit nov 16 so i find that crazy

is anyone speaking to a real estate lawyer about this?

I have one at Lakeview and Dixie. Construction was supposed to start last year but I dont see any developments in construction at the site. Hope they get bankrupt so i can get my money back and start to re-plan. dont want to be in limbo for years and years with the deposit tied up
