24 floors (20 tower on 4 podium), 424 rental units and 95 parking space. Owned by Conestoga College so will (likely) be geared for students (205 studio units, 69 one-bedroom units, 85 two-bedroom units, 60 three-bedroom units and five townhouses in the podium space) -- much better design IMO

Would definitely recommend attending a game - even just one for the experience! Overall I found it very similar to hockey without the puck and ice. Overall a fun, and relatively affordable, night out

Adding my 2 cents -- I'm pretty much only on UT for projects that AREN'T Toronto. The threads with the "Toronto" tag I essentially ignore 🤷‍♂️ give me those projects from London, Hamilton, Cambridge, Kitchener, Waterloo, Burlington, Guelph, St. Catharine's, Niagara Falls....

It's also Vrancor so expectations for quality need to be kept minimal
