Since I haven't been down there (Augusta St, or Hamilton for that matter) in a long time: How does the Core Urban project 'The Chelsea' look? This area's gonna have so many more people living nearby with this--75 James, and Cobalt/King William Urban Rentals.

At least with LiUNA you know the guys are paid a union/tradesman living wage while constructing the building. Vranich allegedly starts construction without the proper permits and his builds go up so fast and then look unfinished, who knows who he employs at what wages.
