    Well maybe the new food court and condo plan swaps to the south end of the mall . I am sure that Walmart will use this two level end to test out some concepts, like maybe grocery on the second level, or drive in for pick up (where the old Green and Ross was located )

    That is a huge lift , certainly hope they proceed as a rental . Why spend the dollars if this is a dead condo market, and will be dead for quite a while.

    Great that this went up, but really looking for some different tall building architecture for Hamilton. So many great examples that I am sure are more costly psf, but would be neat if the city gave density bonuses for superior product.

    Thankful that it will come out of the hands of Stinson. I am sure Core Urban would do a bang up job, but I think they will stick to the James Street corridor (or a block or ttwo off either side of it). Indwell would make a fabulous partner , hope they dont get outbid by Vrancor!
