I like the design. But I am also confused what is going on with the east/west road and how it will actually terminate at the bus terminal.

Yes the difference between park side village is night in day when it comes to street layout, scale and proper street frontage. No matter where you are on the MCity site you always feel like you’re somehow in the back of house for the building. Even where the futur park is. Parkside village on...

I was at city hall today and saw that they’ve updated the model quite a bit! Was interesting to see for the middle block of parkside village. I know it’s just a placeholder but it originally was supposed to be 55 storeys many years ago but I hope they do something tall and interesting in this...

I understand the need for more housing but I love the massing as is with the one tower. The stepping down/divisions of the podium create a good balance and more pedestrian feel to the space.

I wish the park facing side of the podium was a bit more interesting

Ive been trying to figure out if I like assemblage of towers together in this development but something always seems off. From strictly a skyline perspective, I feel like the proportions and siting of the first three towers are part of what make project look off. M1 and M2 always seem...

Draining issues on the podium of both towers.

I feel like confederation is shaping up to be a potential “Main Street” of the area. It’s way too wide still but has quite a few restaurants already.

I think it’s a double height amenity space halfway up the building.

I remember hearing that the City did go back and forth with the developers over this. But ultimately the developers convinced the city that it made it less car oriented than a normal grid so it was allowed

Is it just me or does this seem way taller than 72s based on this render?
