I believe so, new info is being released on Times's website and being provided to realtors. Expected opening is "2028", but will probably be closer to 2029/2030.

The pre-consultation application for Remington Block 12 in Downtown Markham is underway. A 3 phase project with "5" towers total at 16, 26, 30, 32, and 36 stories. Site plan and model below:
