What would have actually been cool if they had of done the crown with the mechanical box at the top matching the shape of the building only set back by say 3 ft

I actually quite like the proportions of this one could it have another like 10 stories and still look badass Yes but it still looks great for what it is

If these were actually here to do work you would see the case on pile being assembled but so far it's just the rig sitting there

Yeah I am thinking that the crown on this will be similar to how CIBC square is done and will sit above the parapet wall will also be interesting to see where the window cleaning unit gets mounted which might be a reasoning for them keeping the facade from going to full height

Honestly this is probably one of the nicest projects to get built anywhere in the GTA Love the pop of color at the top and the way they create setbacks without losing any floor space as the building gets higher and last but not least probably the best balcony setup I have seen as they blend in...
