The tower that is currently under construction is the one on the right in the rendering if you look the final box is actually shorter on it by two floors

Yep not even close to it's true height and already looks so imposing and so beautiful absolutely loving the glass on this one can't wait till it passes the transfer slab and we start to see those curves get accentuated

Nothing is changing in the exterior of the building the cladding will be the same that is currently being applied as for the windows they are the same windows they're on the lower floors it is just that there is a lot of cloud cover in this picture and the cladding isn't into the skyline

Does anyone know if the RCS was only raised by one level or was it multiple on the one side

You look at how much of the pit is left to fill and at the current pace I think by the end of summer we should see this at the ground this is me being serious not just making fun of Pemberton though from what I have seen of their other work that's probably too soon this thing could stop work...

Hey it is one floor slab further than where I thought it was going to be at this point guys let's give them some credit we will still see the first 200 storie building in Toronto complete before this gets out of the ground but they're making progress 😂😂😂😂😂

Hey 250 is still higher than most of the buildings in Toronto some of the overhead shots you guys get are absolutely amazing I literally check the site twice a day just to see everybody's pictures of projects because the contributors here are so passionate and get some really awesome pictures

All I am thinking about now is whenever they start getting cladding all the way up to the transfer slab this building is going to look absolutely mint from the ground at that point already strides ahead of expectations

Yeah the only choke points for both of those roads is stayner as 26 goes down to a single lane at 30 kmh and then basically rams right into airport road and there is no space in stayners main street to widen without taking all the parking away there though they could just in the future bypass...

We will probably see the rest of the safety surround go up in the next three floors as it looks as if the floor plate is now two uniformity so it is just plug and play for like 85 floors

From what I am aware of there is quite a substantial amount of work that is to be done to highway 26 between stayner and Barrie in the coming future probably an unpopular opinion but hoping that they continue to use more roundabouts as the ones that are on the newer bypass section between...
