What happened to 214 and does anyone know that the plan is for that series of refurbished cab cars now? Feels like they’ve been sitting at willowbrook forever now

Off topic but does anyone else find it insane how dirty the Siemens sets are continuously? The silver bottom of them is essentially brown and it looks like even if they’re washed it doesn’t do anything. Maybe I’m an outlier but seems insane to me to not take proper care of your brand new fleet...

Crazy how dirty the early Siemens sets look, seems like 3 months later they all look extremely dirty, which is crazy cause all GO transit trains look brand new

From the park car of the Canadian today, sitting solo north of Bloomington GO

This is the coach that will be behind the locomotive as evident by it being sealed off, as seen on the other sets. Means the logo will be on the locomotive not just another random car.

300 series cab car would be leading westbound with 208 right behind it

Just passed through willowbrook, appears those three are in the same spot, but 208 is on one of the consists there right behind the other cab car. more testing soon?

No but there were 5 un touched coaches on top of the one cab car I mentioned and the repainted one in the picture, I didn’t get them but were definitely the first generation bilevel design

Coaster Cab Car and repainted bilevel at Thunderbay today, was also an ACE bilevel and another GO cab car waiting to be refurbished

Does anyone know when the second Siemens set will go into service and when both will be in full service rather than the one day a week the sets doing now ?

Took Via 97 today, the amfleet cars are very nice and spacious even in economy, much better than Via Buddy and LRC, wonder in VIA could purchase a few to supplement their fleet until the Siemens fleet is fully delivered, as Amtrak starts to get their venture cars. Just an idea but would be great...

One would assume so, have to also think the set wt 2201/2200 shouldn’t be far behind seeing how they were delivered much before 2202/2301
