I'm glad this is being built. However, the amount of condos being built next to highways such as the 401/Allen here is confusing. How did fumes based developments in Toronto become this mainstream?

August 12 file titled only correspondence through the Toronto application information centre. The site has been much busier as of the last 2 weeks. with fences and machinery taking over much of the parking lot. If anyone knows anything else and would like to share that would be much appreciated.

Broke ground today as seen on CP24, Olivia Chow was there. Glad to see this is finally moving after being delayed by a couple years looks like it will be done by late 2026/early ‘27. 🤞
