    So im suppose to move in December and its now Nov 1st and still no word from their lawyer regarding my occupancy fees. Can anyone inform me how much time before occupancy closing that they provide these numbers??? And if anyone isn't afraid to disclose this but what are the occupancy fees...

    No you can't just stroll in during construction hours, unless you're pretending to be a city inspector. I kinda just walked in on the weekend, the workers are not very thorough at locking all the doors.

    I got a chance to check out some of the higher floors(4-8....hoist unit on 4th). The walls between rooms are insulated so if you did opt to drywall upto the ceiling then most of the sound should drown out. If you got the 7 foot walls, there are pipes which run to the ceiling in the bathroom...
