JFC it's been almost 5 years and a shovel hasn't even touched the ground. So much red tape. This is why we have a housing crisis.

RioCan and Allied will get even higher rents if the space becomes available again. That's what happened last time when someone backed out.

You're welcome to have an opinion provided you pay for it. If you don't like it, then by all means, buy RioCan out.
