what happened to the remaining mlg seats that they had b4 they started the renovations. i remember one side of the gardens still had the seats. i am interested in buying one.

what the hell is wrong with mlse first they let mlg rot for 10 years then a ryerson saves the building and there crying that a 2000 seat arena is going to affect there botton line. hopefully they will be able to still call it mlg and if they cant just call it the gardens and let the babies known...

at first there were going to be 5000 seats in the new rink at the gardens and they said they might use some of the old seats but now i hear there will be only 3000 seats at the rink why did the cut the seating by 2000

i agree totaly its character is dead they could of kept alot more history in the building

no wonder they have been so secritive in what there doing all of the things they told us has changed seem like there a bunch of snakes .would a been cool if the original lobby was still there no wonder the guards would go nuts if u just take cell phone pic of whats going on in there

its to bad they could not save it. then they just toss it into the garbage looks like they dont care about history. and now ryerson wants to change the name and selling the naming rights to mlg to something like rogers gardens. the project has now been delayed until next fall.

that would af been great if they did that add 5000 seats and some suites the leafs would still be playing at mlg its nevert been the same for me when the leafs left the gardens

does anybody know why they changed the seating to the new mlg rink from 5000 to 2500

im glad hockey will still be played at mlg with about 5000 seats and the outside will look the same its just too bad the leafs were to stubbern to sell it to Eugene Melnyk who would have kept the inside as is because of competiton conserns, like the leafs dont have enough money
