Any idea when people in building b will start getting their PDIs?

I like it, I think curves provide a little bit of welcome contrast to the all-right-angles look of the whole place Considering that my move-in date is set for December, I won't be able to enjoy the nice landscaping until next year :(

Well this sucks! I doubt the road can handle that much traffic. Sucks for people who have windows facing the road, i bet they were hoping for a nice field / trees, only to get people's backyards instead. Plus, this means that as soon as we start moving in, thats when they'll start building the...

Hey did anyone notice a sign about new townhouse development on King William Cres ? It's right in front of the Building B. I really hope they wont stick a bunch of townhouses in front of the condo

When I was shopping around and came across this development in Spring2010, I also wondered about the noise. so I visited a few times when there were trains going past, both Go and CN. Since there's a Go stop and a fairly-used train crossing @ Langstaff rd, trains slow down and aren't too noisy.

Had the appointment today. Upgraded some stuff. Didn't know that I'd have to pay for upgrades on the spot so my credit card took a bit of beating .. lol I snapped a few pics, going to see if i can upload them all

I guess they delayed the construction start for a year...

Oh and btw... I am in Building B. Originally, the move-in date was June/July 2012 I have recently received a letter that the move-in date was moved to end of December 2012
