Some pictures of Willowbrook Yard post eclipse

Seems like it's inhouse as the cars were shown to be retrofitted at the Whitby Rail Facility.

GO 200 now in process of being delivered back to GO, leaving only 2 cab cars left in North Bay, 210 and 213.

A standard Series 2 GO coach is returning on CN A450 (not my picture) Judging by the rebuilt doors yet non repainted body, seems to me as though they might have them get repainted at GO's Whitby Yard (the 150 coaches they marked for being repainted does match up with this, as 94 Series VII + 56...

Is it known which coaches have been refurbished?

I saw several with their doors open and some having their interior lights on. As said before I think we might finally see them in service soon.

I could see them starting to be used when the April service changes are implemented. I already saw some of them seemingly having their interior lights being tested, and 211 having it's numberboards illuminated. I predict they might be used the same way the current classic style cab cars are...

I know talks about the refurbished cab cars are getting old and stale but just wanted to share what I saw. 204, 212, 207, 208, and 211 all in line at the west end of Willowbrook. 206, 203, 214, and 209 in line at the north end of Willowbrook. And 201 sitting isolated with a cut of cars behind...

While passing by Willowbrook, noticed several refurbished cab cars moved to the west end of Willowbrook. One of them, 211 had its numberboards illuminated, along with its interior lights.

Seems as though more and more of the deactivated cab cars are being pulled from their consists and are being stored at yards. Noted 237 and 225, which were originally midset on consists, now also at Whitby.

That's what I believe would happen. Though 1 minor gripe I have (that is more just a foamer thing than an actual issue lol), is that the widening white part of the cabs would make the paint schemes look a bit wonky.

Moving this from the service thread. I genuinely do feel as though the April service changes might be finally the time we see these, now infamous at this point, cab cars in service. They all right now are in on of the Willowbrook canopy tracks, lined up 9 in a row, seemingly ready to be placed...

Perhaps, however the "Work In Progress" flag in front of 232 has me curious.

Forgot to mention, saw this interesting arrangement at the Whitby Maintenance Facility yesterday. Two seemingly deactivated older cab cars (judging by the lack of mirrors, wipers, and a bell), in front of 3 newer cab cars each.

Also, how come there are still Series VII cars in active service? I thought they were meant to be sent off to refurbishment at Alstom's Thunder Bay plant. Infact many are now repainted into the two tone MX scheme, yet still have not been refurbished.

Here is a way to potentially refine the split procedure. There could a doubleheaded 12 car train (once the supposed issues involving doubleheaders and the concrete at Union is fixed), and a secondary CSA car as the 1st coach behind the cab car. That way, once the consist splits, its able to...

Funnily enough, there is a consist right now set up like that, however the 10 car portion is also led by an old cab car. (255 leading and 253 midset)

I have thus far only seen this procedure in use on the Kitchener Line. Wonder whether the refurbished cab cars might be used this way?
